24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

~Credit card is required to book any appointment.

~We respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

~Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service with minimum of $50.

~”No-show” appointments are subject to a 100% of your service.

Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciate it !

~Our 2 text reminders are sent out 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.

~Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out your paperwork.

If you arrive more then 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and our cancellation policy will apply. We must be courteous to all our clients.
